This page is maintained by the Mudkraft studio team in Khurja, India, to answer common questions about how we handle your data and orders. It describes our current practices — it is not a third-party certification.

When you place an order or enquiry through WhatsApp, we receive the name, phone number, and shipping address you send us, along with the items you selected. We store this only to prepare and ship your order.

The cart on this website lives in your browser's local storage. It does not leave your device until you tap Checkout and send us the message on WhatsApp.

We share a payment link (UPI, bank transfer, or card) over WhatsApp after confirming your order. Payments are processed by the payment provider on their own secure infrastructure — we never see or store your card or bank credentials.

We use a small amount of browser local storage to remember your cart. We do not run advertising trackers on this site. If we add analytics in future to understand which pages are useful, we will update this page.

Your shipping details are shared only with our courier partner to deliver your order. We do not sell or rent your contact information to anyone.

We keep order records for as long as needed to service your order, handle replacements, and meet standard bookkeeping requirements in India. You can ask us to delete your contact record at any time — see below.

Every Mudkraft vessel is thrown by hand from river clay, sun-dried, and fired in a wood kiln with no chemical glaze. Because each piece is made one at a time, minor variation in shape, tone, and finish is part of the craft — not a defect. Damage during transit is replaced free within 48 hours of delivery.
